Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A pre-order is an order placed in advance for an item that is not yet available for sale, has not arrived in our warehouse for dispatch or is currently out of stock.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not yet in stock and that the shipping window provided is an estimate only. Production schedules and shipping dates are subject to change. The item will be dispatched as soon as it lands in our warehouse, subject to availability. Standard shipping timeframes will apply once the product is in stock.

Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. While we will make every effort to fulfill pre-orders in a timely manner, product availability may vary. We will notify you if there is any change to the product availability.

Pre-order items are not purchasable with in-stock items in the same shopping cart. In the case of multiple pre-order items with different ETAs, we will only dispatch your order once all your pre-order items have arrived, therefore please refer to the latest ETA date out of all your pre-ordered items as the estimated dispatch date. Please contact us if you would like to arrange for multiple dispatches, subject to additional shipping costs which we will issue a new invoice for.

All shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, shipping destination and selected courier at the time of checkout.

Pre-order Payments

Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the item is cancelled by us or is unable to be fulfilled or delivered for any reason.

Estimated Shipping Window And Dispatch Dates

All pre-order items have an estimated dispatch date range of 2 weeks listed on each corresponding style. You will receive an email after your purchase, confirming your pre-ordered items.

The shipping window indicated at the time of purchase is a projected date based on current estimates. Please note that the dispatch date is subject to change and delays may occur due to factors such as production issues, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen events. By placing a pre-order, you agree to accept a 3-week tolerance period outside of the estimated shipping window.

We will notify you if there is any change to the expected shipping date.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Change of mind cancellations are not permitted on pre-orders. Cancellations will only be considered for items that are delayed beyond the estimated shipping window by more than the agreed 3-week tolerance. If an item is delayed beyond this 3-week period, you may request a cancellation, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations will not be accepted for items that are delayed for less than the 3 weeks tolerance period outside of the shipping window or if the delay is within the estimated dispatch range.

Please contact our customer service team at hello@winnieandco.com.au if you wish to cancel your order, and we will assess the situation based on the delay and other factors.

We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests depending on the circumstances.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of delays caused by events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or global supply chain disruptions), such delays will be treated as force majeure events. In these circumstances, the right to cancel will not be permitted.

Discretion & Case-By-Case Evaluation

Each cancellation request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our Customer Service team reserves the right to determine whether a delay qualifies for cancellation under these terms. Alternative remedies may be provided if deemed more appropriate.

Stock Limitations

We will do our best to fulfill all pre-orders; however, in the event that an item is no longer available, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Price & Promotions

The price of the pre-ordered item is subject to change due to variable costs of the items arriving at our warehouse may differ from the estimate that was originally anticipated. If the price changes between your pre-order date and the product’s release date, you may be contacted by your account manager who will request to charge the difference at the time of dispatch, unless otherwise stated.

 Pre-order items cannot be purchased in conjunction with any discounts or promotions (unless specified) including but not limited to storewide sales promotions, Frontline members discount, free shipping and other promo codes.

Pre- Order Acceptance Of Terms

By placing a pre-order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Pre-order terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with the revised version posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
